Phorest campaign celebrates hair and beauty professionals

Phorest is celebrating the positive impact hair and beauty professionals with Salon Appreciation Week, which is taking place from 1-7 November.

According to new research from the salon software company, 23% of the Irish public turns to their hairdresser, barber or beauty therapist when they need someone, outside of their friends and family, to confide in.

From this research, Phorest has created Salon Appreciation Week, which it said is a chance for the company to show its salons and stylists how much they are appreciated.

After the challenging year that salon owners have had, it said it wanted to shine a light on the positive impact that hair and beauty professionals have on people's lives.

Phorest is now calling on the Irish public to give their favourite salons some much needed love and appreciation for the chance to win €1,000 to spend on treatments at the hair, nail or beauty salon of their choice.

Entrants need to leave their salon a passionate five-star review on Google or Facebook, and share a screenshot of their review to their own social media accounts, tagging both the salon and @phorest.ukie with the hashtag #SalonAppreciationWeek.
