Phorest recognises 2021 Client Experience Award winners

Phorest Salon Software has notified the latest winners of its Client Experience Award.

In order to qualify for the award, Phorest salons must have maintained an average rating of between four and five stars from at least 60 online reviews for 12 consecutive months.

All winners receive a sticker to display in their salon and can download a digital version that can be used to highlight their success on their salon website and social media accounts.

“Both 2020 and 2021 have been some of the most challenging years the salon and spa industry has faced,” said Ronan Perceval, CEO of Phorest Salon Software. “With lockdown restrictions, increased health and safety protocols, and new customer expectations, there has been an onslaught of additional considerations for keeping clients satisfied. Phorest commends all the businesses that have sustained themselves during this time.

“However, special congratulations are due for the salons and spas that have managed to keep the five-star reviews rolling in despite the obstacles. We know that behind every five-star review there are countless hours of hard work and incredible attention to detail from salon owners and their teams.
