The Manchester-based aesthetic clinic chain, which employs 400 staff and has 26 clinics and two hospitals around the UK, was placed into administration on June 30, 2015.
Martin Armstrong and James Patchett of Turpin Barker Armstrong were appointed joint administrators.
A Transform spokesman told Insider Media, “This change of ownership will result in a financial restructuring of the business.”
Transform hit the headlines in January 2012 over the issue of defective poly implant prostheses (PIP) implants used in breast enlargement procedures but has not cited the scandal as the reason for its financial difficulties.
