The Cosmetic Association’s Christmas Cosmetic & Gift Trade Fair 2025 is taking place at the RDS in Dublin on 11 May, 12 and 13 May.
The organisation was formed in 1988 to offer the pharmacy sector a one-stop shop for their Christmas trade. It was founded by Bernard Markey, who saw a need for distributors in the beauty industry to host their own trade event for the pharmacy sector.
Originally called Showrooms, it was held in The Burlington Hotel for almost 20 years, until the membership grew so large in numbers that it had to move to the RDS.
It now showcases a range of products for the pharmacy, beauty salon, department stores, garden, gift and personal boutique sectors.
“The event will be the most colourful to date and we hope you will all enjoy your visit,” said Jo Somerville, managing director, The Cosmetic Association. “Registration is available at the door and there is free parking within the RDS grounds.”
