Thérapie Clinic is opening a new €500,000 branch in Kilkenny this month.

Located at the McDonagh Junction Shopping Centre, this will be the comany’s third clinic in the south-east of the country. It already has branches in Waterford and Wexford.

According to Thérapie Clinic, it will initially recruit a staff of of six beauty and aesthetic industry professionals for the Kilkenny location, with more hires to be potentially made following the opening.

“Kilkenny will mark the opening of the 29th Thérapie Clinic in Ireland and our third in the sunny south-east,” said Phillip McGlade, CEO of Thérapie Clinic.

“We have built up a loyal customer base across the region and want to expand our accessibility to even more clients in such a fantastic part of the country. We have invested half a million euro into the Kilkenny clinic, which will include four treatment rooms, and clients can expect a variety of our most popular treatments to be available.

“We’re excited to create new employment opportunities in the area and always endeavour to raise the bar for professionals in the aesthetics industry. We’re excited to open the doors this June and bring quality doctor-led aesthetic treatments to the people of Kilkenny.”

Thérapie Clinic is an Irish-owned, family-run business that was founded over 20 years ago. In 2024 it opened its biggest clinic to date in Galway, and went on to announce plans to open 65 new clinics across Ireland and the UK over the following three years, creating 1,000 jobs.
