More than 300 delegates gathered at the Belfry Hotel & Resort in the Midlands in the UK recently for the Wella RED Business Network Live event.
Hosted by industry influencer and podcast host Dom Lehane, attendees gathered for two days of learning, collaboration and inspiration.
The speaker line-up featured technology advisor Andrew Grill; author and behavioural science expert Nathalie Nahai; TV presenter and journalist Steph McGovern; serial entrepreneur and creative visionary Simon Morris; and Alex Brown and Kate Roberts from social agency Campfire.
Topics covered included persuasive technology, creative problem solving, strategic planning, brand building, delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling luxury.
Meanwhile, panel discussions from the Wella leadership team and industry experts tackled key issues, such as apprenticeships, VAT, building profits, utilising AI and recruitment.
