Phorest has launched a new feature that aims to revolutionise med-spa operations and client engagement.
According to the salon software company, Treatment Plans combines clinical accuracy with customised care to improve the experience for both clients and practitioners.
Designed specifically for the unique needs of medical spas, it said that the customisable templates redefine patient documentation to ensure that every aspect of client interaction is recorded with precision, ensuring excellence and consistency in client care.
Among the functions in the new feature are Multiple Signatures, where clients, practitioners and supervisors can authenticate treatment plans with their signatures so that the level of service is not only accountable, but also compliant with the highest regulatory standards; Versions, which ensures that new iterations of a treatment plan are automatically saved, safeguarding the integrity of medical records; and Galleries, which offers practitioners a tool to document the transformative journeys of clients through ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos, mark-up and comparison images.
