Schwarzkopf Professional launches EShop for salons

As part of its promise to ensure the health and safety of its salon partners and employees, Schwarzkopf Professional has launched its new EShop.

According to the company, as well as allowing orders to be placed 24/7, pre and post salon trading hours, it also reduces face-to-face contact for safe, seamless delivery.

All online orders will continue to be delivered within sealed boxes, allowing Schwarzkopf Professional to serve more customers, with less contact points, to reduce the number of non-clients within a salon.

The EShop also plans to make ordering easier; it’s accessible any time and on any device, and has extra features such as special promotions, business advice and management tools to make stock ordering easy, even across sites.

Schwarzkopf Professional said that this wealth of benefits means salons can cut down on admin and stocktaking and focus on doing what they love: hairdressing.

Simplified ordering also means the salon and sales rep relationship is able to become more productive, allowing reps to operate as business managers to support salons as the trading environment evolves.

The EShop works in conjunction with visits from a salon’s regular Schwarzkopf representative, with all orders syncing up in one central system. Reps will still be able to take orders as before, with online ordering available as an additional option to place orders conveniently, at any time.
