New Bellamianta campaign features diverse group of women

Bellamianta has launched an ad campaign featuring women of all ages, sizes and backgrounds.
The Northern Irish company, which counts Bellamianta Professional Tan amongst its product lines, is using the ‘Being You is Beautiful’ campaign to showcase the importance of diversity and inclusion in the beauty industry.
Among those featured in the campaign are Irene McKee, a 73-year-old semi-retired nurse from Cookstown in Co Tyrone; 38-year-old civil engineer Ciara Doherty from Belfast; 31-year-old mother of three-year-old twins Louise Casey from Silverbridge in Co Down; and 21-year-old Megan McNeill, who has Crohn’s disease, and is from Lisburn.
“At Bellamianta, we truly believe that being you is the most beautiful thing you can be, and we wanted to encourage women to completely embrace loving themselves,” said Bellamianta CEO Linda Stinson, whose mother Collette also features in the campaign – the cancer survivor usually works behind the scenes at the tanning and cosmetics company.
“The amazing ladies you see as part of our new ‘Being You is Beautiful’ campaign are all real Bellamianta users who applied for and won a place. They are playing a very important role in the celebration of women of all ages, sizes and walks of life, and we hope that it will inspire other females.”
The campaign is helping to launch Bellamianta's new and improved formulas, which are designed to combine both tanning and skincare. Formulated with some supercharged DHA, they also feature organically-derived tan enhancer, and ingredients such as cucumber, melon, blueberry, hyaluronic acid, and vitamins A, B and C.
